A MAN has been charged with the murder of a mum of two after her body was discovered by firefighters as they fought a blaze at her Dagenham home.
Fire crews were called to the blaze in Lake Gardens last Thursday and discovered Natalie Correa, 27, on the ground floor with a head injury. She was pronounced dead at the scene.
Her two sons, aged seven and nine, and a 27-year-old man were rescued from a first floor bedroom window. They were taken to Queen's Hospital, Romford, suffering from smoke inhalation.
