The 14th V, sponsored by Virgin Media, will be held at Hylands Park, Chelmsford over the weekend of August 22 and 23.
The headliners are joined by Elbow, Razorlight, Snow Patrol, Fatboy Slim, Keane, The Ting Tings, Lily Allen, Dizzee Rascal and more.
Festival director Bob Angus says: "We're genuinely thrilled to have such an eclectic line-up this year. Our headliners, The Killers and Oasis, are two of the biggest acts in music today and with them being joined by some really exuberant newcomers, this summer's V Festival is set to give festival fans something to shout about."
