ORIENT manager Geraint Williams is looking for a positive reaction from his players after they dropped into the relegation zone on Monday.

A win or a draw against Yeovil at the weekend will lift the O's out of the bottom four and Williams said: "I think it's first time we have been there this season and hopefully it will give us the kick up the pants we need to get our house in order. Yeovil in another big game and we have got to get up for that."

After letting a lead slip in three of their last four games Williams admits that his players need a lift: "At the moment the lads feel that is everybody is kicking them when they are down, but that's our own doing.

"We have got to defend better and if you look at the two goals we conceded against Yeovil, they could have been prevented because it wasn't great play by the opposition.
