Johnson supplied the effective attacks to clinch the judges decision against the plucky St Mary's BC boxer.

However, on the same bill, Javade Skeete (Newham) finished on the wrong end of the points decision against Ronan Wadley (Abingdon).

Ishtiaq Amin (Newham) also finished second best against Geoffrey Dixon (Slough), who took the points verdict.
