Auro (Bachchan) is a witty 12-year-old boy with an extremely rare genetic defect that causes accelerated ageing. Mentally, he is a normal 13-year-old, but physically, he looks six times older.
Despite his condition, Auro is a very happy boy, living with his gynaecologist mother Vidya (Viday Balan) and father Amol (Abhishek Bachchan).
