A TEENAGE boy and a man are due before magistrates this morning charged with the murder of Daniel Leahy, who was stabbed to death at a Barking pub.
The 14-year-old and 39-year-old Jason Michaels are accused of killing Mr Leahy, 45, who died of chest stab wounds at the Victoria, Axe Street, on Monday.
They also face charges of GBH against a 49-year-old man who was injured in the same incident, and of GBH against a 29-year-old man at the same pub on February 14.
The defendants from Barking appeared before Havering Magistrates' Court on Saturday after being charged on Friday.
They were remanded in custody ahead of today's appearance at Barking Magistrates' Court.
