AFTER a long battle to get their children into the school of their choice a group of parents are celebrating a victory.
Seven youngsters from Thames View Estate, Barking, who were told they couldn't go to their closest secondary schools, have now been offered a place at their preferred school.
It follows months of campaigning by angry Thames View parents, who were furious their children were only being offered schools too far away.
