WEST HAM'S cost-cutting has continued this week with the news that eight players will not be offered new deals at the club for next season, writes DAVE EVANS.

Midfielder Josh Payne, who has made three appearances for the Hammers, coming on as a substitute at Blackburn Rovers and in the home clash with Liverpool last season, before making his first start in the Carling Cup game against Millwall back in August is the highest-profile casualty.

The 19-year-old has also been on loan at Wycombe this season.

Bondz N'Gala, currently on loan at Plymouth, will not have his contract renewed, while there is no place for Academy boys Nick Barrett, Davide Fer-rari, Peter Loveday, Danny Kearns, Con-or Okus and Jack Lampe.
