TWO prizefighters for Barking's parliamentary seat were embroiled in a battle of the words after an unusual call for a political debate in the boxing ring.
Boxing promoter and UKIP candidate Frank Maloney has challenged BNP leader Nick Griffin to a charity boxing match in the constituency.
Both men will be contesting MP Margaret Hodge's Barking constituency in the next general election in spring.
