RAJ RAI was the star of the show claiming a gold medal at the Eton National Junior tournament, held at Rickmansworth last weekend. The under-13 fought off top opposition to claim the number one spot, while club-mate Kamal Minott left with a bronze medal.

In the boys' under-15 age group, England international Alex Savin took bronze.
Rachel Shaw won the bronze medal in the girls' under-11 age group, after narrowly missing the silver spot.
Other outstanding performances on the day came from Alice Campbell, who achieved sixth place in the girls' under-nine event (in only her second competition) while Daniel Alzapiedi finished sixth in the boys' under-13 event.
