Tuesday's events only prove one thing - as a football club Millwall should be abolished. They have persistently caused trouble for years - even going back to the pre-war era. Despite honourable attempts by the club to civilise their fans, especially following the move from Cold Blow Lane, the violence (and incipient racism) persists. Let's get rid of this cancer for good and shut them down!
The West Ham fans were not blameless, but basically they were defending their territory. What is disappointing was the way they dragged the standing of the club down to Millwall's level. The players didn't help either by putting in a poor performance for most of the match that built up the fans' frustration - hence the pitch invasions. The only person to come out with any credit was James Collison - a true Hammer!
