ONE OF nature's best-kept secrets has been revealed this week - endangered seahorses have been discovered living in the waters of Dagenham.

The short-snouted seahorse, otherwise known as Hippocampus hippocampus, has been found in the Thames estuary during a series of routine conservation surveys carried out by the Zoological Society of London (ZSL), over the past 18 months.
