West Ham's problem this season will be scoring goals.

Carlton Cole is doing well but his best work is outside of the box holding the ball up and making life difficult for the opposing centre halves. He is not a finisher and needs 6 or 7 chances to score a goal.

We still do not have any creativity in midfield and no one (apart from maybe Dyer if he can stay fit long enough to play a number of games on the trot) who can score 10 goals a season from midfield.

There is no investment being made at Upton Park and Zola is having to generate his own transfer funds by selling hence Collins departure.

Signing Viduka would be a big mistake. He is well past his best and the only thing that he will be able to offer is more work for WHU's already overworked physio department.
