There seems to be no quick answer to the striker problem we have.
I said when Carlton got injured on England duty, that without an out and out target man we would struggle to score goals and that I'm afraid has been proved true.
To be honest I think GZ is hoping rather than being positive that we can qualify for Europe.
Too many hard games coming up, including Liverpool and Chelski.
Would like to finish above that North London team though. Whilst writing can anyone tell me how they are getting away with playing Keane?
According to the Premier League rule book I saw, not so long ago, I think it was rule 17, which says a player cannot rejoin a team he left within the last 12 months.

Surely that applies to both Keane and Defoe? Just a point considering what we've been through.
