Throughout each day, celebrities, motivational speakers and industry experts will take the stage in the One Life Main Theatre, supported by The Independent, where they will be offering a wealth of ideas and practical advice. There'll also be more than 300 free seminars and one-to-one consultations where visitors can hear from experts who will offer advice about making a life change.
