TONY CONQUEST steps up for his second pro contest at York Hall this weekend, when a line-up of talent from the Ultrachem TKO Gym is featured on promoter Miranda Carter's latest Sunday afternoon show.
The former amateur, who impressed with a good run on the ABA title trail this year, will be tested by experienced Battersea campaigner Nick Okoth, who has fought some of the leading names in the cruiserweight division in a pro career of almost 40 fights.
Trained by former WBU title-holder Jason Rowland at the TKO Gym, he appears on the bill alongside a squad of area boxers that promoter Miranda's relies on to attract her regular crowd at her well-supported York Hall shows.
Other local prospects, popular John 'Wayne' Hibbert and Billy Slate, look to extend their winning runs with ex-West Ham amateur Nathan Weise and unbeaten super-bantamweight Michael Maguire also on show.
Heavyweights Ali Adams and Bobby Scott clash on the Bethnal Green show with the usual 3pm start.
Other clashes include Ryan Toms v Steve Spence; John 'Wayne' Hibbert v Matt Scriven; Billy Slate v James Tucker; Leon Williams v Tyrone Wright; Martin Welsh v Ryan Clark; Tony Conquest v Nick Okoth; Nathan Weise v Duncan Cottier; Michael Maguire v Pavels Senkovs.
