Traffic delays on A13 in Dagenham after lorry breaks down

A broken down lorry has caused long traffic delays on the A13 near the Lodge Avenue junction in Dagenham.

The HGV, which broke down around two hours ago, has been removed from a west bound lane and all lanes are now open but traffic remains slow moving as far as the Wennington interchange.
