An unemployed 21-year-old was remanded in custody at Snaresbrook Crown Court on Thursday after being charged with grevious bodily harm.

Alfie Eastman of Roycroft Avenue, Barking, will return to plea to the charge and one of obstructing or resisting police on February 13 after a man was attacked in Maud Gardens, Barking, on Thursday last week.
