Saturday’s craft fayre gave everyone a last-minute chance to grab a bargain for that special someone at the Barking shopping centre in Ripple Road.

Arts company Studio 3 Arts hosted numerous stalls filled with everything from knitted toys to homebaked cakes, jewellery, candles and handmade Valentine’s cards to help lovers find a unique gift.

Rosie Ross, head of projects at Studio 3 Arts, said: “It was great to work in partnership with Vicarage Field to showcase local talented makers in the heart of Barking.

“We look forward to building on the success of Saturday for more events throughout the year.”
