Very skimpy over bags
I HAVE just been to my local library in Rectory Road for some recycling bags. I was told that everyone has to have identification to prove they live in the borough, and only then are you entitled to one roll! The council are only getting a few deliveries
I HAVE just been to my local library in Rectory Road for some recycling bags.
I was told that everyone has to have identification to prove they live in the borough, and only then are you entitled to one roll!
The council are only getting a few deliveries of orange recycling bags as and when they are available.
This is a disgrace.
The council say they are making big improvements in recycling.
Well not for much longer if this carries on.

People are lazy enough in this borough and will go back to either putting recycleable rubbish in black bags again or fly tipping.
It's our council tax that pays for these bags - so give us what we want so we can carry on the good work of recycling.
