We've teamed up with Robinsons Fruit Shoot to give you the chance to win a fun-packed day of sport for your child and a friend.

The Robinsons Fruit Shoot Get Good Sports Day is designed to help kids get active and develop their sport skills, but it also gives parents a well deserved break during the Easter holidays!

The sports day is for children aged five to 11, and is being held at William Ford School, Ford Road, Dagenham on April 11.

It will be run by expert instructors from Premier Sports, the UK's leading provider of kids' sports coaching, and will include a range of activities and skill sessions in football, rounders, and athletics.

Former British Olympic athletics champion, Sally Gunnell, thinks the Robinsons Fruit Shoot Get Good Sports Days are a great idea, and stresses how important it is to encourage children to get involved with sports activities;

Sally says: "Fresh air, exercise and teamwork are key aspects of a healthy lifestyle for all children.

"Spending some of the Easter holidays playing sport outdoors is really rewarding, but most of all it's great fun. And you might find out you have a budding sports star in the family!"

Robinsons Fruit Shoot is free from artificial flavours and colours, helping to keep kids hydrated and happy throughout the day.

For more information on places on the sports day at William Ford School, visit: www.premiersport.org/fruitshoot.

Places for this unique sports day are £30 each, but we have 15 prizes (each prize includes two child places and Fruit Shoot goody bags), to give away.

For a chance to win a great day's sporting fun, answer the simple question in tomorrow's POST.
