A woman was treated for chest pain after she was involved in a car crash in Church Elm Lane, Dagenham, on Wednesday afternoon.

A woman had to be treated for chest pain after she was involved in a car crash.

Emergency services were called to a collision between two cars in Church Elm Lane in Dagenham on Wednesday afternoon.

Paramedics treated the woman for chest pain at the scene and took her home. There were no other reported injuries from the incident, which took place shortly before 5pm.

A Met spokesman said the two cars were damaged in the crash. No arrests were made and they are not investigating further.
