WEST HAM midfielder Kieron Dyer may have dismissed his chances of returning to the England squad, but his manager is certainly not ruling it out.

Gianfranco Zola was full of praise for the efforts of the international following the 2-0 victory at Wolves on Saturday.

"I was very pleased with Kieron," he said. "He had a very positive game and caused them so many problems.

"He is doing very well and I'm sure that Fabio Capello is aware of everyone and that he'll keep an eye on him.

"I do not want to give my opinions to Capello, because England are doing very well and, forgive me, I don't want to step on Capello's toes.

"If Kieron can find that consistency, then it will be up to him."

Dyer won the last of his 33 England caps in the 2-1 defeat by Germany at Wembley in August 2007.
