Paul Konchesky pens his final column of the 2022/23 season as West Ham United Women prepare to face Tottenham Hotspur this Saturday.

It was an amazing feeling to get three points in our last match against Leicester.

I am over the moon, especially for my players and my staff. It has been a long time coming but I think it was fully deserved.

We have been in games over the last few months and we haven’t won, so to pick up three points is massive for us.

When you haven’t won football matches for a while, it is a challenge. But I have a good group of players and staff and they work for each other.

That togetherness is huge and that was shown last weekend. We stuck together and secured a big three points.

Looking ahead to this weekend, it’s massive being able to take three points and that buzz into a derby against our London rivals. Hopefully we can continue this winning run.

We’ve had brilliant support at home this season, even since the turn of the year when things haven’t been going the way we wanted to. We’re hoping the final game of the season will be one big celebration.

We know Spurs will be a really tough game to end the season but it’s a game the fans love. We hope you will be able to join us at Chigwell Construction Stadium one final time in the 2022/23 season.

You can get your tickets from £13 for Adults and £5 for Juniors so come and support us as we look to end the season on a high.

Come on you Irons!
