Dagenham 88 Runners were in action at the second race in the ELVIS series, hosted by Havering 90 at Romford's Raphael Park.

And finishers included Dyfan Garmon (31.20), Nigel Swinburne (31.26), Rahana Islam (37.06), Tony Woodgate in (38.44), Gary Cardnell (40.28), Jason Manning (41.36), John Hughes (41.58), Natalie Traylen (42.13), Daniel Miller (42.21), Michael Pegnall (43.46), Lynton Fairman (43.57), Paul Smith (47.24), Kamel Deriouch (48.08), Simon Childs (48.08), Timi Veerasamy (49.13) (first Female V70) and Kay Sandford (50.35). 

A group of five tackled the Southend half marathon on Sunday, with Tracey Sheehy (1:55.06) leading Nils Hollmann (1:59.20), John Hughes (2:06.17), Jason Manning (2:08.17) and Lynton Fairman (2:12.15) home. 

Valentines parkrun was run by Rahana Islam (23.11), Manji Gami (29.28) and Beverley Eagles (29.32), Oak Hill by Dyfan Garmin (20.06), and South Norwood by Timi Veerasamy (31.30), Kresh Veerasamy (40.34) and Sam Veerasamy (49.45). 

Gary Cardnell (26.15), Jenny O’Hanlon (30.02), Lorraine Hilton (34.38), Amelia Beazeley (37.45), Evie Beazeley (52.10) and Andy Beazeley (52.10) all ran Maldon Prom, as Sonya Byers (38.46), James Byers (48.14), Jo Smith (53.01) and David O’Brien (53.46) ran Southend. 

Barking was taken on by Tracey Sheehy (22.51), Nils Hollmann ( 24.03), Emma O’Shea (35.59) and Savitri Bouffe (41.39), Southwark by Caroline Tuck (22.20), Carlisle Park by Andy Preston (26.31) and Markshall Estate by Amelia Godfrey (37.22).
