Adrian Davison led the charge for Barking Road Runners as he won race number five in the Handicap summer 5km series.
Davison smashed his best time by 58 seconds, as Owen Wainhouse finished second, and Mark New bagged third place as he improved his time.
Jason Li moved to top spot in the series with 480 points, followed by Daniel Plawiak (475) and Micky Ball (466), but next week could see big changes as runners can start to drop their worse scores.
Colin Jones did a 12-hour track run, covering 20 miles in two hours and 37 minutes, 40 miles in six hours, 58 miles in 9:50 hours and finishing with a very impressive 68 miles in total for seventh place overall.
At the Goodwood Running Festival, Jess Collett competed in the half marathon and knocked nine minutes off her personal best, finishing in a time of 1:40.59.
