Brilliant Bryan wants to bounce her way to the top

A BARKING ABBEY pupil has set her sights on becoming the best British trampoliner by the end of the year.

Adeva Bryan has had a remarkable rise towards the top, culminating in a junior bronze medal at the European Championships last year in Odense, Denmark.

The 17-year-old is a natural and is desperate to make an impact at the World Championships in St Petersburg, Russia this November.

"It was great to pick up a medal in Denmark and now I'm hoping to really put in a good performance at the World's," smiled Bryan, who started the sport at the age of three.

"The season has just started, but I am really confident about what I can achieve and I want to be the best in Britain by the end of the year."

The youngster is quickly making a mark in the British squad and after such a long time in the sport, is still eager to learn and continue her success.

"I train with the British squad once, maybe twice a month and it is something I really enjoy," she said.

"I have competed against them all a couple of times and come first which is great.

"It is such a fun sport and there are so many new skills to try all the time, I just want to keep learning new things.

"It is great to travel with the squad, I enjoy going to new places.
