Barking & Dagenham Cycling Club youngsters competed at Redbridge at the weekend.

Captain Tilly Malbon had to pull out of the under-16 race due to illness on Saturday, but Amy Harvey was third in the under-14 race.

Jasmine Cornelius was seventh in the same event and a group of 11 took part in more races on Sunday.

Tommy Chilvers was second in the under-eight race, with Emanuel Bujdei third.

Daviud Bujdei was third in the under-10 race, with Stefan Bujdei fourth and Zayn Momin seventh, while Olivia Hoskins was fourth in the under-12 girls’ race and Mary Olatundes crossed the line in third.

In the under-14 race, with Carys Dodd was second behind winner Amy Harvey, while Hannah Morgan won the under-16 girls’ race and Damian Dodd was second for the boys.

Members will be hoping to maintain their form at Milton Keynes and Brighton this weekend.
