Dagenham 88 Runners Paul Suett and Joel Denning took on the Olympic Park 10k on the first Saturday of the month last weekend.

Suett clocked 39 minutes 29 seconds in a fast six-miler, while Jackie Frewin covered eight miles of mud at the last-ever running of the Grim Original.

Ryder Islam was first past the post at the latest Barking & Dagenham junior parkrun at Central Park, clocking 8.38.
