West Ham United will aim to rack up a third straight win in the Premier League when they host Crystal Palace on Saturday.

Manuel Pellegrini’s men beat Cardiff City 3-1 at home on Tuesday, which was the same score the Hammers won by at Newcastle United last weekend.

Leyton Orient, meanwhile, continue their Vanarama National League title change with a trip to Boreham Wood on Saturday.

The O’s beat Gateshead 2-0 at home last Saturday, with Josh Koroma and Macauley Bonne on target for Justin Edinburgh’s men.

And In-form Dagenham & Redbridge chase an impressive fifth league success in a row on Saturday when they play host to out-of-form Halifax Town.

Daggers left it late to win 2-1 at Hartlepool United last weekend, with Ben Goodliffe and Matt Robinson scoring in the closing moments as Peter Taylor’s men came from behind to triumph.

All this, plus the latest from the Bostik Premier and below, is discussed on this week’s East London Football podcast.

Host Ned Keating is joined by Dave Evans, George Sessions and Jacob Ranson to reflect on another week in east London football.
