Joe White has penned a three year contract extension at Dagenham & Redbridge.

The 18-year-old made his way through the Daggers youth system and eaned his first profesional contract in December 2016.

White then joined Wealdstone in February 2017 where he stayed till the end of the season by extending his loan.

Manager John Still said: “Young Joe signed his contract extension and that is down to the rapid improvent that he has been showing.

“We signed him early as a pro and he has just continued to improve and work hard.

“It is only right that we rewarded him with a contract extension.”

The youngster came off the bench to replace Morgan Ferrier in the seventy seventh minute in the Daggers 5-1 victory against Bromley and Still has big plans for the forward.

“It is a very exciting time for him and as we have always done at this club we like to produce players.”
