VALENTINE UNITED missed out on a place in the Essex Junior Cup final after losing 2-0 to Fusion in the semi-final.

On the domestic front, Elan stay top of the Senior Division as they beat Royal Falcons 2-1.

Greengate remain in second after a 2-1 win over St Augustine's. Sungate beat Woodhurst 5-1 to keep in third place and Debden Sports drew 0-0 with EMWA.

Marlowe Warriors main-tained their superiority of the Premier Division as they beat Debden Sports res 3-0.

Warren Warriors stay in second place as they beat St Edwards 4-0. Frenford Sunday kept the pressure on the top two as they beat Flanders 4-2 and Wellstead Wanderers beat Morfdown Elect 3-0.

East London Phoneix look set for the title in Division One after beating Maze 3-1 and Krona beat Barking Sunday Blues 6-3 to move into third.

Ascot United moved up to fourth after beating Aldborough Hatch 4-0. Barking Colts failed to close the gap on Sprint at the top of Division Two as they could only draw 1-1 with Coral.

Colebrook Royals drew 2-2 with Lonsdale, and Astra beat Esprit to climb three places.

May & Baker res beat leaders Sprint 5-4 on penalties to progress to the semi-final of the Bill Nolan Memorial Cup.
