GODFREY KAMBAZA scored on his debut, but Roneo Colts under-11s never recovered from a lacklustre start to their first-ever competitive 11-a-side match.

Sam O'Brien gave Boro an early lead and a thunderous strike by Emmanuel Kouassi made it 2-0 at half time, despite fine work by Charlie Dow in the Roneo defence.

Leon Bazzey increased the lead shortly after the break before Roneo finally woke up.

Bradley Lewis set up Kambaza to fire into the roof of the net and although Roneo mounted a spirited comeback, it was too late.
