A THRILLING clash was won by a tenacious Leys Park under-16s despite a stern challenge from Sprint.

The game might have gone either way, but it was Leys who made a dash for the finishing line with Russell Hardy netting twice, Scott Stacey grabbing a fine goal and Guimaraes, Kaptina and Murphy also scoring. Man of the match was Patric McMahon.

A TITANIC struggle saw Euro Dagenham under-14s slip to an agonising defeat at the hands of Beals.

Attacking-wise, Euro were an inspiration and GB-Dumaka scored twice while Sarki also netted, but they were found out at the other end. Brown was man of the match.

TIGERS under-12s fought back from the dead to earn a hard-fought draw with Buckhurst Hill.

Two goals down after a lacklustre start, Tigers had it all to do, but fight back they did courtesy of goals from Charlie Parish and Jack Merry. Man of the match was Callum Wells.

Dagenham United 4 Barn Spts 2

DAGENHAM UNITED under-11s recorded a magnificent win over Barn Sports.

The game was a pleasure to watch as both teams passed the ball with extreme accuracy and were a credit to their managers.

Man of the match Connor North though was the difference between the teams, netting a goal and catching the eye, while Charlie Herring, Sam Murphy and Alfie Hawes also scored.

Aztec 1 Valence 6

BRILLIANT Valence under-11s powered past Aztec and into the League Cup final with some sumptuous football and clinical finishing.

Timi Abiola netted a sublime hat-trick while Dominic Okus, Shane Williams and Jack Hodgson also scored fine goals.
