Great Danes B 2 Roneo Colts 10

RONEO COLTS under-12s mauled Danes with some clinical finishing and attacking play.

Going behind in the first few minutes to a penalty stunned Roneo into action.

Playing some great, flowing football, goals from Eghan, Nunn (2), Carolan and a delightful lob from Powell put Roneo 5-1 up at the break.

The visitors continued to press forward in the second half, with Nunn grabbing a further two goals, before Eghan, Perkins and a fine goal from McCarthy put quite a gloss on the score-line.

Danes replied with a late consolation.

Roneo Colts: Hasuji, Honis,Gough, Eghan, Stimpson, Powell, Perkins, Nunn, James, McCarthy, Hutcherson, Carolan, Hatton, Da Mata.

Roneo Colts 3 Brentwood 3

A succession of great saves from man of the match Craig Miles and George Maydell's 30-yard last-gasp strike secured a great point for Roneo under-11s against their title-chasing opponents.

The hosts took the lead against the run of play through Julian Deda, only for Brentwood to equalise on the stroke of half-time.

In the second half, Brentwood took the lead early on, only for Chris Dorking to equalise almost immediately.

With time running out Brentwood looked to have secured the points, but Maydell's super strike with the last kick of the match levelled it for a final time.

Roneo Colts A 0 Herongate Athletic 3

DESPITE creating chances, Roneo Colts under-11s were unable to convert them into goals.

Both teams were evenly matched, but errors by Roneo, including a penalty, cost them the game.

However, they continued to battle hard and the final scoreline was a little harsh.

Roneo Colts: Garner, Stephenson, Lowry, Davidson, Blackman, Harvey, Jarrett, Brown, Bell, Davis, Macauley, Payne, Shukri, Shepherd, Sadra.

Emblem Youth 5 Roneo Colts 1

RONEO COLTS under-10s crashed to their biggest defeat of the season in a game where nothing went their way.

Joshua Byrne gave Emblem an early lead, but Kieran Pash equalised after Ersin Kaya's shot had been saved.

The home side retook the lead through Tyrell Brown after sloppy Roneo defending and the visitors were asleep at the start of the second half to allow Jack Walker to make it 3-1.

Despite prolonged periods of pressure, the home side broke away to score twice through Brown again and Nicholas Nowak to clinch a deserved win, even if it the flattering score-line was a little harsh on Colts.

Roneo Colts: Aidoo, Brown, Burbidge, Burdett, Horlick, Kaya, Pash, Rowe, Wigg.
