Deji Akinyemi notched two goals in fine style to hand Euro the initiative and Kieran James' sublime shot was also crucial in seeing off dogged opposition.

Man of the match was Joshua Renwick-Smith for a fine midfield performance and resilient display.

BRILLIANT Upney Tigers under-14s crushed Phoenix with some sumptuous football and super goals.

Braces were claimed by Cameron Maxwell and Bradley Chapman, while the impressive Jordan Levett netted the other with a pearler.

BARDAG under-14s claimed a hard-earned win with a silky smooth display and clinical goals.

Shaun Gordon, sharp throughout, netted two excellent goals to settle a game that had been deadlocked at half time. Kevin Bokanga was man of the match.

ROCK-BOTTOM Sungate frustrated Euro Dagenham under-14s, holding them to draw in an entertaining clash.

Ferrol and GB-Dumaka netted the goals for Euro but on another day, they might have been enough to secure victory.

As it was, goalkeeper Amato, man of the match for some super saves, had to be at his best to prevent Sungate inflicting a surprise defeat.

DAGENHAM under-13s thrashed Oval with some brilliant football, spearheaded by four-goal star Michael Wheeler.

The striker was at his clinical best, taking his chances with aplomb, but others impressed too.

IN-FORM Dagenham United under-12s booked their place in the cup at a canter against Barking Colts.

The game was over in the first half when Embleton, Gunnell and Bojaj put the Daggers 3-0 up.

In the second half Embleton added another goal, with Gouveia and Scotcher completing the job

A BARNSTORMING second half display saw Bardag under-12s recover from a goal down to earn victory.

When Owen Prendi nudged Bardag in front things looked rosy, but UPR had not read the script and hit back with two goals. In the second half though, Malachi McPherson and Joel Odum netted with excellent efforts to win a thriller.

Parsonage Colts 10

ALL-conquering Parsonage Colts under-11s ruthlessly despatched Harold Hill with some brilliant goals.

It was hard to pick out an individual effort that stood out from the rest, but the goals kept on coming. Abutoh, Ayres, Mallet and Yexley all netted two goals each while Klawiosiwk and Chafer added their names to a growing score sheet.

BARDAG under-11s marched into the League Cup semi-finals after seeing off Amec in comprehensive fashion.

Man of the match Josh Morrison pulled the strings but the goals were scored by Robert Sinfield, Christopher West, Charlie Sprent and Morgan Smith.

DAGENHAM UNITED under-11s were left heartbroken after losing a dramatic penalty shoot-out in their cup clash with Woodford Youth.

For effort, Dagenham deserved to win but football can be cruel sometimes and despite netting twice through Alfie Hawes, lost in unfortunate circumstances.

Tactical 2 Newham Warriors 3

TACTICAL under-11s fell just short after an engrossing encounter with Newham Warriors.

Henry Lyddiatt and Benny Cooper scored excellent goals and man of the match David Haim caught the eye but Newham's greater opportunism in front of goal paid dividends.

UPNEY TIGERS produced some inspired football to see off a determined Amec outfit and make it 12 wins from 12.

Joshua Ambersley pounced twice with fine goals and Liam Baker thundered in a third. Man of the match was Joe Clark for an intelligent display under pressure.
