Barking KDI Karate Club picked up an excellent four student medals at the Seishan Karate tournament in Laindon, Essex.

Melodie Trought won first place in the kumite and Sydney Rene picked up second in the kumite.

Emma Bayley picked up two medals after coming second in the kumite and third in the kata.

All train under Sensei Tony Gray, fourth Dan at the United Services Club in Blake Avenue, Barking every Monday evening.
