A FUN day out for all the family is going to be a feature in Hornchurch this Saturday.

The Queen's Theatre will be turning over the green outside the theatre in Billet Lane, to something for everyone, as well as songs from the Community Company from the last two performances of the Community Play, Harry from the Hill.

It all kicks off at 10am with a programme including Circus Skills Workshops, music and dance performances, a Punch and Judy show, a magic display, bouncy castles, beauty treatments and refreshments.

Up-and-coming star Natalia, who will be supporting the Sugababes next month, takes time out from her tour with top girl band Girls Aloud, will be singing a mix of pop and soul.

Joining her are Hornchurch indie-rock duo The Rileys, who have recently released their debut single Baby Blue. Other acts include Kirk Raddon, singer songwriter Steve O'Kane and Mark Etherington, and Paul Rhodes and his Dawn Chorus group will be crooning along with Katie Milton in a Tea Dance session.

If you have ever dreamed of running away and joining the circus, here's your chance!

The talented Rhythm and Balls Juggling Club will hold three exciting 45-minute Circus Skills Workshops at 10.30am, 12.45pm and 2.15pm

The youngsters are not being left out and can enjoy a Punch and Judy and Magic Show, featuring Celia the Seal performed by Children's Entertainer Billy Banana. There will also be giant trampolines and multi-coloured bouncy castles, including a 65-foot galleon complete with octopuses! Other attractions include candyfloss, balloons, fair rides, face painting, hook-a-duck, tombola and a Coconut Shy.

Free summer hair and beauty treatments will also be up for grabs by professionals from The Vanilla Room. As well as free massages and Indian head massages from Little Roses, indoor attractions will be lilting recitals from Bowden String Quartet and stalls offering henna tattoos and selling books and crafts.

Refreshments are available from the Queen's Theatre Café and a cake stall. Hornchurch Nando's will sell hot, tasty chicken and vegetarian burgers and all profits will kindly be donated to the Queen's Theatre. Pips Smoothies, of Station Lane, Upminster, will serve up fresh fruity drinks and share profits between the Theatre and Breast Cancer Care.

Entry is free but Circus workshops cost £4 and can be pre-booked at the Box Office on 01708 443333.
