Roll up, roll up! It’s time to grab your seat under the big top and enjoy one of Europe’s top circuses when it arrives in Wanstead offering breathtaking trapeze artists, daring jugglers and a cheeky clown.

Billy Smart’s Circus, one of the most famous names in the business after its launch in 1946, is back with a 2013 tour, hoping to prove that it is still ahead of the times with impressive stunts and live acts to keep the whole family entertained.

Highlights this year include a fantastic Australian flying trapeze act, Desiree’s balancing act in which she fires a bow and arrow with her feet, breath-taking aerialists and even a firefighter who works his routine on a flaming ladder.

The circus will set up camp at Wanstead Flats, Aldersbrook Road, Wanstead, until May 6. To book tickets call 0844 415 5228.
